Saw My 1st GXP Today

Pretty cool, for the first time ever, not too mention the first time since I have owned my GXP (March 2012), I saw another GXP. Ok I have spotted a few GXP's at other car shows and events, but never a random sighting on the street.

I briefly spoke with the owner too. Original owner and daily driver, like mine is as well. Red, sunroof, black interior and automatic; and appeared all stock. By contrast mine is white, sunroof, red/black interior and manual. Plus Holden rear and wheel badges.

Pretty cool and it made my day.

I've only seen a few "in the wild," in my 3 1/2 years of ownership. The only other one in my area was just sold to a collector.

I saw one once when I lived in OR about 3 yrs ago at the track...none since then. Which I find a bit odd given there seems to be a lot in my area (DFW)...damn unicorns!

I see one every day it's nice out on my way to work. But that's because Lazarus and I drive opposite directions on the same road to work.

There is a GXP up for auction at Mecum in January 2013. Supposedly never driven or has less than 100 miles on it. It will be interesting to see the interest in it..........

Awwhh ,don't get me started on door dings . A few weeks back I noticed a small crease from some dumb ass that must have opened there door and hit mine. Haven't seen nor do I think we have a gxp in the immediate area.
