I had Pat G spec me out a cam for my car to go along with a dod delete. I'm looking for a mild lope and to keep the stock stall as its my daily driver and I want it to feel like it drives the same. He came up with 218/224 .600/.600 113 LSA +2. What do you guys think about these specs? Will it put down decent power considering what I'm asking for. With my mods and this cam what kind of power should I expect.

A gm LS3 cam is worth 40 HP so you'll easily make more power than that. -5* of overlap is 1 degree less overlap (smoother) than the Livernois 1C converter friendly cam. It should run hard and have a little lope at a low enough idle.

Didn't you ask Pat what to expect?

Very similar to the Lo Lift Little Lunati, definitely will be a nice daily driver cam with a wide power band. Definitely a winner.

That is a nice cam for all around daily driving and will have a nice power band. I would think you will be around 400 to 450 wheel HP/TQ to the wheels. Hard to get any more specific than that. But you will definitely notice a huge difference.
