Engine Blown need help!

It's hard to tell from the pics what the issue is. I would look at the bottom end and see if you have bent rod or bearing damage. I would spend the money on a quality rebuild over a used motor as others have said. You could build a much better and stronger setup with the money. Just make sure you have a well known and quality shop do all your machine work. Remember, the only stupid question is the one you dont ask. Plenty of very knowledgable guys on here that can give you specific answers. If you don't know something, ask. We might give you some crap. But you will end up
With a better built motor and a proper tune.

sorry i remembered also when the 2nd piston, the one behind the silver one, is at full height if you press on it a little it drops a few inches, basically a baring is broke in it. but i was looking all together because would end up having to replace valves, crank assembly, the walls need to be fixed- block would have to get tested for durability and to see if it got warped at all, lifters replaced, top end needs to be leveled out because of the piston hitting.... basically its was ether buy an upgraded bottom and top end for 5k and then plus parts or find an used engine, so we found an used engine.... i don't believe in a 100k mile life expectancy engine now days because of the old myths it should really be looking at 500k if properly built.

If you've already purchased and taken possession of the used engine, the advice on buying a quality aftermarket long or short block is probably going to go unneeded.
What the above contributors are trying to tell you is you would be much farther ahead with a new aftermarket unit, built to take the added burden of modifications. Salvage what you can from your pile of parts.
No offense meant to your current choice of remedies, or the ability of the person who has volunteered to help you.
Reconsider the used engine approach, these people are right.
It's not the way to go.

things are not as they appear to be.........

not sure why you dont just spend 4k and get a forged short block and put your heads on it instead of paying 4k on a used engine
