Who's trimmed their rear pads?

How did you trim them? What did you use!?

If its for the CTSV rears with Holden DBA rotors I did.
Trimmed approx 3mm off top of pad surface and used a dremmel.

I used a HD cutting wheel on a Dremmel. Worked great. Wear a mask. The dust is a mess and breathing is probably not a good thing. Better safe than sorry.

+1 on mask add safety glasses as well. I used the cylindrical sanding attachment with heavy abrasive, will need minimum 1 per pad though.

I am upgrading my rear calipers to the Camero brembos and using the DBA rotors. A little pad material will rub on the top of the rotor they don't quite fit.

x2 - dremmel worked a treat.
I did about 500 km's in mine, then pulled the pads out & could see clearly
how much needed trimming off........

why would you bother trimming? My stock brembos on my old cobalt did this... it never caused an issue and i drove that car HARD
