Why do people keep recommending this? Get a real hardwire kit and run it to the fusebox under the dash on the driver's side. Just as easy, better looking, and more proper. Also cheaper. I don't see why you are all trying to halfass this when it's so easy to access our fuseboxes.

I want to buy a 3d printer. A new bezel for the radio would be one of many things I'd use it for...

Going to be trading in my G8 in January or February, 2013. It's been a good run. Thanks all. See you in the for-sale section soon as I pawn off some parts...

I already have my plan for the faceplate. I can make it myself. I also know how to install stereos. However I know very little about A/C controls, just enough to be dangerous.
