Which exhaust manifolds does the GT use? Are they the same as the GTO or are they LS7 style? Or are they all together different from previous LSx engines/?

Thanks. They look like the GTO Manifolds. Any part numbers available to verify they are the same?

l76 does not belong to the lsx family.

It still shares a lot of parts. The intake is very very close to the same. Port sizes are the same and runner length appears the same. The block is dimensionally the same. Appartently the real difference is DOD and it seems that GM is following a different naming convention for DOD motors. I would not say the l76 is not an LSX engine. It at the least is a first cousin.

Back to the original point I think the manifolds are slightly different than the GTO ones. It may just be the pics I've seen but some of the angles look a bit different. I wouldn't count on Z06 style manifolds on more than a couple of cars.
