The turbos mount in the stock cat location so the APS kit won't work with long tube headers.

To be honest the way things are looking here we are going to take a loss. I don't think we will sell 45 tickets let alone 65. So your chances are pretty good all things considered.

The turbos bolt right in where the factory cats used to be. So if your headers would bolt up to stock cats, then it should fit. Otherwise, just reinstall your stock manifolds. I'm still running them, and my car makes 723 RWHP on pump gas. ;)

I'm assuming that the headers have larger primaries than the stock manifolds. For a turbo application the smaller primaries would help exhaust velocity and turbo spool time. Again our INTENSE TT G8 GT makes plenty of power with the stock manifolds so if I were you I would seel the headers for some cash and use that towards the install :)

We don't think there'd be any measurable difference at the lower boost levels. The big restriction on these engines (when installing power adders) is the camshaft, and NOT the exhaust manifolds.

Here are my current dyno numbers, on 94-octane pump gas. These are with a cam, balancer and exhaust system:

7.5 psi = 612 RWHP (base kit setting)
8.5 psi = 653 RWHP
10.0 psi = 680 RWHP
11.0 psi = 723 RWHP

We use the SAE correction factor so our reported numbers may be a little lower than some others. This car is an A6 with 2,500 miles on it.

It requires removal of the cataytic converters, so probably not. However, I'm sure you could work with a local exhaust shop to have some aftermarket high flow converters added after the turbos. ;)

As a marketing tool I have to say you guys have had my attention for awhile, and the parts I ordered from you were available from many places online, and even locally.
