I faxed my deal a long time ago. Like I said "Wholly Pedders! I want my Pedders Now!"

I have PMs from two people that faxed in thier closed purchase agreements. The only problem is the office was already closed and I am traveling... the suspense is AWESOME!

Deb will be in the office in the morning. She'll verify the time and date stamps, verify the deal is closed and I'll announce a winner.... after I check into my hotel room in Irvine some time Friday evening.
