I have a 03 g35 infiniti with after-market wheels do you think they will fit my g8 thanks

What size are they?

There are 245\35 r19 front 275\30r19 rear

It comes down to hole pattern and offset. Any idea what the G35 has?

I look on the tire rack and the g35 is 5-115 and i think the g8 is 5-120 so I don,t think the will fit

There are plenty of companies out there that make spacers and adapters for cars, and I wouldn't be surprised if they had a billet adapter for those sizes. I will look for the name of the one that most people I know use.

Check E-Bay. There's a place there that will make billet ones from "any car to any car". Maybe under $200 for 4?
