The orange color on the GXP makes the car and I hope to GM that it is a real production color for 2009.

The G8 deserves a vibrant, high-impact palette that Holden meant for the car in the first place.

i third the hopes in brazen or fusion orange to make it into the color stable. im on white right now bc those arent available, however if they do have the orange pictured with the gxp, i will 110% be sure to swing that color. orange and black looks amazing. also, lets get gm to throw a orange/black suede/leather interior option in as well. ahh i drool at the thought of it...

That would be slick. I'm still holding out for that dark blue as the press car. Something that doesn't scream "Arrest me now".

Whatever color made it to the nyc show is beautiful. It would be a tuff choice between that and silver

Agreeing with you all as well. All of the colors look great on the G8 but orange is a real show stopper especially on the GXP. If GM knew what was good for them they would make that orange color that was presented on the GXP concept car available for the production model.

I have never seen a car launched in a color that did not make it to production so I would bet on orange and red as sure bets. Face it they chose to launch the car in orange because they felt it was the most attractive color. I actually like the red the most.
