Its funny how pretty much all axle-back systems sound the same until you remove the center muffler/resonators.

I just telked to the guys at spintech yesterday, great guys answering e-mail at 10pm o a Saturday.
Anyway the axle back is supposed to be released in a few weeks.
Here's the e-mail I got from them:

Joel, I will have it up in a couple of weeks.

I LOVED the way these sounded on the 6.0 GTO's. I assume that they will sounds close to that with the mid exhaust junk removed.

The vid sounded nice - good to see stock vs updated.

Any issues with using the aluminized steel? Live expectancy? The tight wad in me likes the idea of saving $200.

Does anyone know if they have a catback system in the works?

I got this e-mail from Ron, it is kind of cryptic but it sounds to me like they have something in the work as far as a catback goes:

They said that they are at least a month away from the Cat-back, and they are designing it so that you can bolt it to the axle back kit. At least that is what I got from the e-mail... so we won't have to wait for the whole kit to come out.

I hope so, I've been stalling to purchase a catback until theirs came out. I really like the way their systems sound on the goats

can we just have a shop weld on a couple spintech mufflers and then wait for the restof the cat back?

Seems like just welding on a couple mufflers would be the same as paying 600+ for an axel ack.
