Is $650.00 + shipping for the above system cheap?

that sounds pretty good i can get them for around that price.

bought it for that price from maryland speed and it was on my door step in a couple of days. sounds good from the outside, but a little loud between 20-40 mph. but cant hear it at cruising speeds.
