Are you looking to buy? My roommate is a salesman for Pontiac. He can get you a pretty sweet deal. Keeps trying to talk me into upgrading (which I might do with the 0% interest). He has one on his lot right now.

i wanted to upgrade for a while...but this weekend, i'll be beyond the point of return.

I think there is a black gxp over here in silverdale, but i havent seen it yet. The owner is on one of the forums but is antisocial, i guess :(

I test drove the GXP (the automatic version), was pretty fun. Wasn't THAT much better than the GT. Just seemed slightly better in suspension and engine. The tranny is still dog slow. I also test drove it during a wet day so YMMV.

I'd love to test drive a manual to feel how much more alive this car would become.

they have 2 or 3 at Pontiac in Kirkland... I still have only seen or 2 G8s on the road and not a single GXP...

If this is someone other than a GM owned company, how would they know? The listings on the Pontiac site aren't updated immediately, and cars are still on there after being sold. Mine was on there, even thou it was ordered for me specifically, and sold from the day it was "tagged" off gminventory.com! Give it a try, couldn't hurt!:wink2::pir_flag:

Do you have tinted taillights? I saw an ignition orange G8 in Mukilteo last week parked by a nail salon next to Taco Time and Baskin Robins. Maybe this was you, if not, there is another orange G8 in the area.

I know there is a guy by the name of Tylerb59 on LSxnation that has one. Might want to try there

Im the only Orange G8 in Snohomish County. Yes I live off Hwy 9 by the Frontier Airpark and I do have tinted tailights. My wife works at Boeing and we are in Mukilteo all the time visiting my sister.

By the way, if anyone wants tinted taillight covers I will switch you at any get together. The dealer installed them before I bought the car and they just arent for me.
