Is the IMSM running at the same time at the Summit Super Series that day? May 30 & 31 are SSS race #3 and #4, and I can't imagine GLD being able to run both programs simultaneously. I race in the Summit Super Series, and checked the GLD schedule so I know the dates are right on my end. Just curious.

yes they are running them on the same date. i know the IMSM is not on the Grove's Schedule that day. but IIRC the IMSM does not have any events listed on teh Groves schedule. just checked and the IMSM is not listed on the groves schedule at all?

IMSM is sharing event days with the Summit Super Series twice and the Nitrous street car brawl once at the grove. they ran us once with import wars and it was not a problem until a very bad wreck. but should make for a hell of a day of racing. you should try out the 13.50 class one day with that 00 GTP

I look forward to seeing the IMSM program run. I doubt that the GTP would be able to be competitive in the 13.50 class unless the Density Altitude is really low that day. My PB was on a very cool fall day, with DA below sea level, a tail wind, and ideal track conditions. In typical weather conditions, it runs in the 13.8-14.0 range (depending on DA). That would be giving up WAY too much time in a heads-up class. Say hello while you are there though. You can't miss the GTP, it has plates that read "V8 EATR 2!"

last IMSM event went great! nice and smooth! double payouts race this week! on race waiver to non memebers, this would be a great race to give it a shot!
