My dealer called to say that the latest paperwork said my Black on Black GT, (Sport, Leather, Sunroof) has a due date of today and that they usually hit it within a day or so.

Can we say stoked!!!

Small (?) change in plans. The one I ordered will probably not be in when i need it to be. After some discussion, on Monday i will pick up the one I ordered (if it comes in) OR an 888 version that is identical except for lack of a sun roof. I didn't really care about the sunroof but the next black GT due had it so we worked out a deal where they reduced some fees to get the out-the-door price down a bit. They have the 888 but had markup on it of $2500 + several hundred for some dealer add-ons like paint sealer, etc. So.... if the ordered one doesn't come it by monday, I'll get the 888 for the same out the door price as the ordered non-888 car. It means i will end up paying mark-up equal to something less than the cost of the sunroof option.

You've ordered the one I want. I sat in a Black on black GT with Sport, Premium, sunroof a few days ago. Amazing looking car. It had 103 miles on it because the dealership owner took it out for a joy ride, yet they still had a $3000 mark up on it. Needless to say, I walked away.
