G8Smitty 03-28-2008, 08:32 AM I bought a White Hot G8 GT last night (11pm) and the dealer didn't fill it with gas. I stopped by the gas station this morning and couldn't find the button to open the gas cover door. I would look in the manual, but I took it out of the car last night. Rue_G8GT 03-28-2008, 08:38 AM I think that the fuel door locks when you lock the doors and unlocks when you unlock the doors. I think that someone posted that earlier. My VW Golf does the same thing. Your dealer owes you a voucher for a free tank of gas. Given the timing (11 pm), not filling it up is understandable, but make sure they make you whole. I just got back from finishing the paperwork and did get my free tank of gas. I also had them remove that dealer billboard thing that they superglued to the back.
