It's weird though... The On-Line L/P form through the state will only let you select 6 characters even though you can have 7 now.

I'm going to have a USAF FL plate so I think that limits me to 5 characters. I was thinking WUTV8 and going ultra-sleeper.. but the spoiler might.. spoil the effect.

7 letters wont be available in Texas until '09. I almost dropped an extra 40 on plates for mine, but I didnt. Now I am reconsidering. wanted 1st 888, but per the website, that has been taken. I am just not creative enough to come up with anything original, I guess.

Those plates had to be just recently issued. I believe it was someone on here that made that suggestion of "1st 888" and they were available, but I couldn't sign up for them because I hadn't got my plates in. When I did, that's the first selection I made and they were gone... So there's probably someone in Texas with a G8 running around with those tags somewhere..
