Now let me preface this, i contacted brad and he said he was taking are of the issue but it still was not resolved and when i finally contacted the company i got yet another story on my order.
I placed a order earlier this week around monday, well i had not heard anything so on wednesday i pm'd brad and he called me later to say that somehow my order had came in and showed it was not paid for yet.
I let him know it was a paypal transaction to my discover card and it was already paid for and posted to my card. He said no problem it was something on their side and they would ship out on thursday and i would have tracking info there shortly after.
Well today no tracking info still so i call their customer service dept to get told they just got the email about my order today, the order is going out later today but wont even start transit to me until monday or so.
Now while the price is great, so far the customer service and follow through is a little on the lacking side of things.
Just thought i would vent and share as a warning to others. Price is great, the open disclaimer about shipping time while there on the site seems to be used for situations just like this where they may be having issued with a order.
I was really hoping to get the pads on a bedded in, but now i wont have them until wednesday and more than likely wont have time to put the miles on for the bedding process to be able to make it to the track day i was planning on attending.
