The Vector sais it adjusts ten times as fast as the stock one.

Is the Jettt just taking the stock one and that is why the Vector is $30-$35 more?

Thanks

I've got the Jetttstream version. It comes with a new IAT sensor the same as the Vector does. Is the included IAT sensor better or worse than the Vector version? I don't know the answer to that.

I DO know the Jetttstream version works like a charm. And that is enough for me.:)

thanks, and by the way my three and five year old gals get a kick out of your icon.

I ordered the Jettt LS2 one.

Is that the correct one?

Also I ordered the grommet.

One thing I do disagree with you on is the snorkel mod.

It made my intake have more turbulance.

So I saved the plastic and the dark foam pieces and reversed them in the snorkel.

So since the foam piece is now higher up I am going to pierce that to put the Jettt in there. Probably no drilling.

I did do the lower panel mod and that definitely helps.

Hey, picking up two miles per hour and three tenths from a yella terra and k and n is not bad!

Thanks

The JAT-G8GT-IAT is the one I ordered.

What snorkel mod? I don't even have a snorkel.:dunno: If you're talking about the "GRRRR8" mods, I don't remember ever recommending them to anyone and probably never will. Now, I'd better stop right there before this gets way off track.:wink2:

Glad that worked out. About the only downside of ordering from Jettt is they ship via US Postal Service and only ship out 2 days a week. If you time it wrong, it can be a couple weeks before you see the item. There's also no tracking of course so the not knowing can be unnerving. Just gotta be patient and remember you saved about 33%.:wink2:

Sorry about that shipping stuff---typically we ship daily, but just have so many projects going on I had to throw up that disclaimer.

I can ship USPS priority if need be. Just gotta let me know. If paypal is used and not a credit card, the tracking is automatically sent. I'm trying to work out the bug with paypal pro--and the shopping cart.

The only time it took 'weeks' truly was b/c we sold out. We're stocked up now and they ship usually next day. Thanks.

I'm always available by email. jetttstream AT yahoo.com works the best.

And thank you above for the kind words.

It made my intake have more turbulance.
And just how do you know that? It seems you would need to have a shop like equipped like Penske Racing to find that out.

I think I ordered mine on a Thurs night. It said you had 2 in stock when I hit "Buy".:dunno:

I was wondering what was up the middle of the next week so I went poking around and found the disclaimer on shipping. That cleared it up for me.:) I didn't get it until Wed of the following week(13 days). That's why I put the part in there about timing since there were two weekends in there.

It was all good. I just wanted to let him know that it was a possibility and not to worry too much.:wink2:

We use a high speed sensor. We purchase a factory GM sensor send it out & have it disassembled and a new high speed sensor soldered in. The sensor is then re-assembled. This labor & cost of the new high speed sensor takes up about $40 of the cost of the HSRK.
