We already have 3 cars and are looking for more! We're meeting at the Bonney Lake Albertson's on HWY 410 at 4:30.

Hmm... probably not, since it's way out of the way... Bremerton to Lynnwood is fairly direct. (Ferry)

Though I'm kicking around the idea of driving to it vice taking the ferry, to save on the ferry costs. I'm undecided!!

Brandon it would be great if you could join up with us in our GROUP OF CARS TRAVELING THE SAME ROUTE AT THE SAME TIME this Friday. We will be leaving from the Albertson's parking lot in Bonney Lake at approximately 4:45pm (1645 just for you), and working our way west to 167 and heading north! You get to the Albertson's early enough and there is a Pizza Hut, Quiznos, and Terryaki place in the same parking lot. The site in Lynnwood is a Taco Time parking lot, so.............????

Dude, I'm driving 90 miles to this thing, I was planning on having a nicer dinner than some freaking tostadas and fish tacos :slap:

Never mind, I just saw it posted in the sticky that the eatery in question after the car show is Red Robin. LOL, damnit, we were just at Red Robin yesterday!!!

(Also I found that the drive will actually be 118 miles total, ouch.)

It's just that there's a point where paying for the gas for driving is more expensive than what the ferry would have cost, I think 200+ miles in total is probably going to be well past that point. :slap:

It's not like it's a super long way. Other than stops for gas and chow, I've driven non-stop from here to southern California before. I just wonder how bad the highways are going to be on a Friday afternoon, though.

Having driven this route more than a couple of times, (five years to downtown Seattle before I retired from the Coast Guard), the traffic should be opposite our direction until we hit Seattle proper. Then its a crap shoot. We should be at the tail end of the northbound rush hour traffic when we get there a little after 5pm. Just hope it will be moving with no accidents!:wink2::pir_flag:

You know I didn't say or imply any of that, I just didn't want to have to rely on a ferry schedule.

Plus the WTF factor people get from seeing a bunch of the same cars traveling in a pack.

im taking the ferry with no regrets...saves money AND time. And the ferry schedules are VERY reliable! I've never been delayed by a fairy and i cant count how many times i've taken one.
