Our Aussie company ls1turbo.com.au already has a host of parts for the G8 ready and uin production ranging from suspension, brakes, intake pipes, and our Gen-TT VE Intercooled Twin Turbo kit ;)

Has it been tested with "displacement on demand". which we are getting? Or does the kit shut off that feature?

The flash to the computer would have to disable it - otherwise the pressure waves changing due to changes in valve timing would be horrendous

I don't believe that is necessarily true. The last time I checked on the LS4 turbo kit, it left DOD/AFM active. The DOD/AFM activates in such a narrow window that the DOD/AFM would be off before any boost could occur.

Hm, I guess I didn't think about that, you're right. As soon as the throttle position starts opening rapidly, it shifts out of AFM mode. Good call Chip

A turbocharged G8 would be kick @ss.
Hope to see a reasonably priced kit out.
