I am copying this from an earlier thread:
I have ordered a few items from them in the past and have had ZERO problems with them. Recently I purchased rear tint overlays (for the rear reflector) and 6.0 Litre Decal for the hood. When I received the items, I got front tint overlays, not the rear. Ryan from GrafxWerks told me I could pay $10 and keep the front tint overlays and he will ship me the rears which I initially ordered. I said OK and that was that. Here is where the real fun begins.
I put the 6.0 Litre decals on the hood and instead of red with a black outline, the red was pinkish in color, vastly different then the liquid red of my car. I had to take them off they stood out so bad. So I email Ryan and no lie, basically am told tough ****, pay $16 for new ones. I have gone back and forth with at least 5 emails pleading my case of a defective item and how his policy states that:

So I am not satisfied with the product and very unhappy about it and he refuses to try to work out any deal or replace the decals with another set. He has been nothing but rude and fighting me the whole way. I even sent pictures to show him I installed them on my car. All in all I am very pissed off about getting ripped off and screwed over. I have been a repeat customer and always praised there work, but customer service wise they are horrible.:mad:
I advice ANYONE who buys ANYTHING from them make sure you DO NOT order anything to match your vehicles paint because if the color does not look right, you are screwed. Sorry to type so much but it is extremely disappointing that someone treats their customers this low and with no respect. It's a $16 decal that is pink, not red and all I want is another one. I will NEVER purchase another item from them.:cursin:
