When changing the ECM is it enough to pull the ECM Fuse #28 to avoid damage to the ECM?

Not sure on the procedure but im pretty sure you have to at least disconnect the (+) side of the battery before doing anything.

You dont even need to disconnect the battery you can simply swap them. These are VERY robust in terms of ESD :)
