My Nissan Quest SE came with the Michelin PAX tire system. The only places authorized to change these out in the DC area are Honda dealerships at a whopping $300-350 a tire! I instead ordered some rims and tires from DTD. After receiving the tires we found that they vibrated a tad, but since my wife only drives short distances she didn't mention it too me until long after we had them installed. 6 months after installation we took a road trip and found the tires vibrated horribly on the highway and coming to a stop. I took the tires to a local shop that did Road Force balancing and they found 3 of the 4 tires weren't true. DTD gave me an immediate refund and exchanged them for much nicer rims. They didn't charge me for shipping the rims/tires back either. Not only am I a completely satisfied customer, I will continue to order from them as well as recommend them to everyone I know. I can't thank you guys enough!

Thank you for the post Virus, we appreciate the good words. I have worked here for 2 1/2 years now and I am still amazed to here some of the things that we do for our customers. I have yet to see any other retailer come close to the customer service we provide. I say this as a Discount Tire customer first, and as an empoyee second. As a customer I too received some outstanding customer service and I said to myself. Thats the type of company I want to work for. A few years later I took a job here.
