Just wanted to give a heads up to the community that this member backed out of a deal twice, the second time after I had sent the money.

He claims that after learning how much shipping is he cant afford it - even though we both agreed to a shipped price and I had sent the money.

(At this point I am annoyed but will move on.)

The problem is I have not received my refund in full (after being told I would get a full refund) and it has been almost a week.

"Actually, I can't send you your $5 because Paypal has my account negative $145.35. So I can't send you your measly $5 because they're making me clear the account PLUS the money I am going to send you, so it's making me send $150.35...when I've already sent you the $145.35. So, if you want your extra $4.65 then you have to take away the dispute or consider it resolved and then I can send it.

Further, I did not screw you over. You're just mad because you thought you could get a steal on some tails. I went to the post office and told you BEFOREHAND that they were charging a lot to ship them and I was going to have to raise the price so I could make a good amount of my tails. You could've said "No, I'm good. We agreed on the $130 so if you can't do that then I'll pass". You wanted to argue and I still tried to accomodate you and only charged $20 more. If you would've paid the $180 I asked for you would've had the tails because I would've made $140 off the tails and shipping would've been covered. Sorry you feel I should pay for shipping, not going to happen, the quote is x amount of dollars SHIPPED that means you've sent enough to cover it. And after I couldn't make it work, I was straight up with you, and told you I would send you back your money. No, I didn't just do the refund, probably because the funds were no longer in the Paypal account because I was trying to figure out a way to make the shipping work. You could've easily sent me a message saying you don't agree with the 3% charge, can you send the extra to make it an even $150? You could've, it would've been petty because I didn't receive $150 either, but I would've sent you the extra so you could leave me alone. But guess what, no I can't do anything because my Paypal account is negative because you just proved how big of an ******* you are. So, you can end your dispute to get your $4.65 back and the account can stay negative forever because you already have $145.35 of your $150. $4.65 is not going to make you not an ******* though. Don't worry about other members being screwed over because I'm straight up and my tails will be sold face to face in Houston this weekend."

I don't believe anybody else I've ever talked to on here has an issue with. And I know 3rdHolden and blackoutgt does not and will not after Saturday because I'm straight up. You're a douche.

I sent you $150 (after you agreed to it) to help with the extra shipping costs.

All I ask is that if you are going to back out and not ship the lights that you refund the $150 sent (not $145.35).

Correct, that was my first message. That was before I even received my tails and after I received them I took the tails that you were supposed to get BEFORE YOU SENT any money to tell you that UPS is charging me $30+ to ship them so I asked for $180. You said you weren't going to do that and started arguing and I said $160, then you said $150. I was still going against then you got pissy so I felt like I should try to uphold my end and I told you I could make it work (thinking USPS would be cheaper) and they WEREN'T. So I was like F it I tried but I'm doing because in the end I would only get about $90 for my tails when I see INDIVIDUAL tails going for more than that. Instead of doing the refund, I just sent it back to you. You could've told me your issue and I would've sent you the difference if it meant that much to you. But no, you decided to open a dispute, now we're in a bigger run around.

And it looks like the money I sent you already, if you haven't attempted to transfer it to your bank account is on hold with Paypal because of the dispute and as you already know my Paypal account is negative $145.35 so I'm not sending a full refund of $150 when I've already sent you $145.35 and its been deducted from my bank account. If you handled this straight up like I did with you you would've had your extra $4.65 and we would've went about our own ways by now. Hopefully in the dispute they can make my account back 0 or cancel the money I sent you to make my account back 0 and I can do the full refund like you wanted to begin with.
