So, we were on our way to ACH, and were going to stop at Mcdonalds to wait for another friend when a Stock looking Liquid red GT drove by me... Who was it? It was the Firestone/Mcdonalds parking lot on Foothill Blvd.

OOOO and I got props from some guy in a sick Audi A something vert with a R or S emblem on it in the cruisers car wash...

So short time later, off we were to ACH, planning on taking the long way to wrightwood.

I was in front and missed the whole thing.
Thank goodness we had walkie talkies or I would of just kept going...

So the 02 camaro missed a turn, hit a marker spun around and jumped the embankment

Landed just about a foot or so from going completely over... this is after the tow truck pulled it back onto the street.

This is how bad it could of turned out... that is a lot longer ways down than the picture seems...
The car was on top of that fluffy cushy looking plant.

Hey I ran into some biker guy who wants a G8 and I think he knows you, Brian... he also knows Mike Haddad (guess he test drove his car prior to it being listed for sale)

I am lame and didnt ask his name or anything... but he knew you, and I think hes on the boards here...

And that is why I dont do ACH very often especially when the weather has been really nice like it has been lately.... all the idiots come out and think they are Ricky Racer. :nonono:

Oh it was sooo nice up there. about 85 at 11 this morning.
too bad we only got 25 miles up.

I dont think I would want to be up there when the weather is poor though.

Yeah weather gets $hitty pretty quick up there and you're right you dont wanna be up there. But I hate being up there at "primetime" too.

Yah, when we went up there for my first time ( I think it was in may ) there was still snow on the ground in parts of it.

it wasnt really a 'group' it was me, that z28 and two cobalts. I was waaay ahead when this happened and had to flip a U to get back to him.

Bent frame, knocked up rear suspension, lots of body damage = 6500.00 to start

What a disaster. It really pays to drive with caution.
