If you think the GT is fast and powerful, you've never had a truly fast, powerful car before. Please!! the G8 GT is quick, but that's it, then I see that indeed most of you have not really had anything powerful, just Grand Prix's and such.

I swear that is what I found today....I know Iknow the G8 is powerful and fast but until you can control it you really don't realize it. So I'm going down the street today with the drive nanny on about to get on the E way and I'm like lets see what you can do in the rain. All I can say is I think I need to pull over on the side of the road because I swear I just got off. The car bucked kicked and everything in between to go.

Then while I was going home I was playing with the car at each light in manual just trying to get it to perform and oh my, by george I think this car is it.... The car of the year

So what's wrong with a Mustang. I have a 93 Fox STang with 430+hp...done out to the tits. Handles on rails. Love my Stang.

I'm apologize, I shouldn't have stereotyped any type of car/owner, but I've known plenty of Mustang guys who just love to stir up trouble on other boards....I am sure there's LSx owners who fit the description too.....

You aren't talking real power until you've got some turbofans pushing your ass through the air.

For a 4-door, 5-passenger, domestic, sub-luxury ($$ vs. $$$$) sedan, it's quick and, yes, powerful for what it is.


BTW, I'm a huge Star Wars geek. I've been rewatching certain parts of the saga, trying to figure out how I can get a car to sound like the Millenium Falcon (especially when it's taking off from the base on Hoth and then moving through the asteroid field). :D
