So I took this picture at 12:59 PM on I-405 South Bound at Exit 23, SH-522 Monroe/Bothell in Bothell, Washington.

104 degrees!

It is 105 degrees right now in Redmond.

This is INSANE.

That is HOT! Its 98 as I type this at 4:45PM. I have noted this past few days, that our car displayed outside temp runs a little high, 4-5 degrees for mine. As an example when I came home Monday from Mt Rainier, the displayed temp when I pulled into my driveway was 96. When I checked my computer, that pulls temps from a Weather Bug site at Bonney Lake High School, about 500 feet from my back door, the temp was 92, and the high for the day had been 94. So although its nice to have the temp available, the accuracy can be questionable. That said, the current forecast is for a high of up to 102 tomorrow! Then it cools off to our more normal 80s! :wink2::pir_flag:

ha. I just got back from vacation in California..this is the temperature in Palm Desert (our rental car was a Mazda 3)

wow, compare that to nyc is so diff. its been the coldest summer here ever. so weird

Same with Chicago, it's been the coolest summer for as long as I can remember. We haven't had a day above 86* in July and only three 90* days in June.

I have found my outside temp gauge to be largely spot on.

Driving home tonight I snapped this pic. I was JUST north of downtown Seattle on I-5 when I took this pick, the temp had just dropped to 99, Sea-Tac Airport was reporting 101 (shown on display).

This is crazy hot and my ****ing girlfriend is insisting we sleep INSIDE this sweat box of a house and not in a tent outside where it is 10 degrees cooler.
