For those of you that own GTO's how hard would it be to add XENON / HID to the headlights. Im surprised that they cheaped out on that for headlights..

I think the base on the 425HP SRT8 is around $37k. Add to that destination charge, GG Tax, and any options or roof, and you end up at $40k+. I expect the GXP will be at or under the base price of $37k. However, since these are higher end cars, finding a 'no option' car is not easy, since most come loaded, FWIW.

I saw a 300C SRT-8 (on the same dealer lot as the G8's here) and the sticker read something like $44,700+.

Just checked, Dodge Charger SRT8 $44,035+TLR, Chrysler 300C SRT8 $46,670+TLR. These are "similarly" equipped as what the GXP has been professed to have as "standard" equipment. The title should be held by the GXP when comparing apples to apples.:thumbsup:

$41k. Adding hid lights to your car if they did not come that way from the factory ( which few GM cars do) is illegal. people don't do their homework do they, it'll come with a M6 only the first year.
