I just bought a g8 and want to put a new amp and sub in . Is getting the stereo out and wiring it a problem . Any info , let me know .

U dont need to even go near the Radio, to isntall the Amp and Sub, you tap into the stock subs wires and go from there... All done from the trunk.

Is there any pics or walk throughs in any other forum ? I want to do this myself and not have some dumb kid do this at some cheap stereo store .
