I am selling my 2009 Pontiac G8 GT that I have owned for a little over two months. It is a great car and there is NOTHING wrong with it. I am selling it because I sold a Trans Am to get into the G8, and I have decided I need another Trans Am. I just don't enjoy driving the automatic and I don't need 4 doors.

Some details:

- Currently 3,9xx miles
- Magnetic Gray exterior, solid black interior
- Sport Package
- Premium Package
- 20% window tint all the way around (nothing on windshield)...this really sets the car off
- "PONTIAC" debaged, but I do still have the letters
- bone stock engine besides K&N filter, transmission, no performance mods

Don't get me wrong guys...I do love the G8! But, I am Trans Am guy at heart...have been for over 10 years and had the pleasure of owning one for about the last 3-3.5 years and sold it and my daily driver to get the G8. I just don't like driving an automatic at all and I don't need the 4 doors.

If anybody knows someone who is interested...please let me know. I would appreciate the help! The price is negotiable.

Glad you said it because I didn't want to. But for some people, it is all about shifting gears. Been through my fair share of 6 speed f-bodys and am glad I landed in a G8. The 4th gen f-bodys feel like dinasours compared to these G8s

I know what you mean w/ the dog-o-matic. The sport shift mode is terrible. Other than that, the car is awesome. The car is relatively quick, handles extremely well and is very quiet. I call it my Luxo-barge....the car is huge.

I have my 700hp 5 speed stang to thrash around town....satisfying my bring it sideways at any speed and banging gears needs. Bottom line - you need two cars.

I've seen this car and it's like a new one. He's very particular about it.

Have you tuned it with Superchips Cortex tuner?
This will bring the fun back into that G8 that you're missing.
It helps put the torque down on the road when your foot tells it to!!

The car has never been tuned. Thanks for the suggestion, but I need an actual manual gearbox in a Firebird to be happy. I know that now. Again, I don't want to take anything away from the G8, because it is great. But, it just isn't what I want at this time.

I know most people on here already have a G8, but if you know of anyone who may be interested, please send them my way. Thank you.
