Just got back from test driving the G8 GT. All i can say is WOW. What a great car. The local Potiac dealership has 3 G8 GT. One is a first 888 gray with all season tires and premium package. The other two are fully loaded one black and one orange GT's. The only thing wrong... the gray first 888 was marked up $10,000.00 and the other two were marked up $7,500.00, so they wanted over 40,000.00 for all 3. Ill wait to get one eventually for no more than MSRP. Anyways I only had a very brief test drive(i had very little time and the car was on practically on empty) the car was spectacular. I barely had my foot on the gas in is was picking up and taking off. The car looks beautiful in person on the inside and out. The fuuny thing was though i new SOOOO much more about the car than anyone in the whole dealership. When the sales person first got in the car he couldnt find the door unlock button in the center console. After me tapping the window and trying to point to it he finally noticed it and still seemd confused so he just unlocked the door manually. They should really train their sales person up because if someone else was in the car they would have thought i was trying to sell the car to the sales person. The test drive definetly sold me, now i just have to wait till more twards the end of the year to get one. To top it all off, on the ride home I seen someone in a bmw completely went up onto a sidewalk with a pretty big curb on its right side and blew its two tires out. hopefully these cars become for avaliable and they stop trying to charge 7500-10000 over msrp

I went to a local dealer, and they were asking for sticker. I looked on the internet, and they were asking about $900 less than sticker(sticker $31,8XX, and their internet price was $30,9XX). I wouldn't even touch those cars unless they went down to MSRP. Or even $500 under.

Heck, I got to test drive it without any questions. #228/888. Very nice ride. Decent power, decent cornering. Comfortable interior. I say decent power because I am jaded, as my previous vehicle was an '04 Lightning with over 400 hp and 500 ft.-lb. torque.
