Just wanted to say thank you to Kirk and everyone else at VMS. You guys have been absolutely great answering questions and helping with the tune.
Just put the TCM tune on and all I can say is WOW! This alone was worth the every penny for the ECM. The sport modes shifts are nice and crisp the car seems to be much less confused when punching it. I am absolutely loving it so far. I will get some highway driving in tomorrow. Can't wait. :bubbrubb:
Thanks everyone at VMS. You are making a GREAT product. :gears:

You are very welcome! Enjoy your newfound power and transmission decisiveness and if you need any thing else please dont hesitate to ask!
I could not agree with dodson more. I liked the ECM a lot but add the TCM tune and it is fantastic. Great job VMS and the Flashxpress is a snap to use. Thanks again.

Ah! It's ready! Just ordered the ECM module & DashHawk2 yesterday. We will attack the tranny when that's done.

Latest TCM codes went in today...still need a little more time to figure out if IT is IT, but it's a HECK of a lot better than it was!!!! Thanks VMS...I'll send the cable back tomorrow. :)

No, you just have to opt for the FlashXpress delivery method to get it which we'll be rolling out today since it passed its first field tets with flying colors.
Yes. the Flashxpress was pretty easy to use. They say to make sure all power users are turned off-lights, radio, fans, etc. and they mean it. I used my laptop but used a cord and AC adapter to make sure it had power for the entire process too. I also made sure it would not go into sleep-mode during the process. With these precautions, the entire process went exactly as advertised. Even a caveman could do it.:p
The shifts are much better in day to day driving. I tried all 3 modes and they were very good. I need more drive time but from what I've seen, the VMS ECM/TCM tune fixes my only real complaints about the GT. It even feels like the throttle is not as touchy off-idle and i swear it feels like it idles slightly smoother too but that could be from a number of things. i did limited acceleration runs but they felt very chrisp without being harsh at all. More later.

If I purchase a new ECM and Tune you can do all the programming at once correct?
