How much are you guys spending to fill up a full tank of gas?
Is it weekly or every other week?

I've been filling up 1-2 times a week. I drive 60 miles round trip to and from work every day. It's around $55 - $65 depending on the price of gas at the time and whether I'm below 1/4 tank or not.

You filling up 87 octane correct?

Also, what's the avg. price of gas around where you are?

93 octane

My last fill up was $3.63 gallon for 93 octane.

Are you filling up with 87? Is that your choice or do you know something I don't about the GT? I thought the manual said premium was recommended.

I myself fill up with 93 as that's what my 1999 GTP requires, but as far as I knew it was 87 for the G8 and GT, and 89 when towing with the base G8.

Of course, I suppose an actual look at a manual would let us know this for sure. :p

I'm running 93 octane, filling up every 1.5 to 2 weeks......20 miles round trip, average speed is just under 30mph with 16.5mpg.

Ugh...fill up twice a week, last fill up was 3.91/gal of 93 octane. I don't run it bone dry, but each tank is about $63. :cursin:

I spent $59 to fill up yesterday! I was really pissed, and I'm getting 87 at $3.52/gal, its getting ridiculous. My old car took 93 and had the same size tank and I never spent soo much on gas for it, of course that was a few weeks ago when it was cheaper. At some point the economy will stop being able to handle these prices. How much you want to bet the big oil companies are going to post huge profits again?

$64 today, 93 octane @ 4.02 per galon. It will last me close to 2 weeks. Thank God I have short trip to work and not much free time to burn extra gas.

62$ today (first time filling up) 93 octane @ 3.75$

Also passed 600 Miles today driving to Dallas for the Van Halen Concert!

About $65 for 17 gallons of 93. :( Sheesh, it hurts. I still love the G8GT though, but I've been riding the Kawi while the weather is good.

bastards you guys get 93 all i get is 91 and thats premium here in cali. i pay about 60-65 for one weeks worth of gas.

Just did a quick calculation. Prices here in Oz are $5.50 USD a gallon.

Prices just went up 15 cents a litre here in the last few days.

This is for 91 RON... That's why propane/LPG is getting really popular here... It's less than half the price of Petrol.

0.62 Cents a litre for LPG/Propane.
1.55 a litre for 91RON.
