$499, you'll need to get a crankshaft position variation learn. This only needs to be done once then you can swap between stock and tuned at any time.

It means when you put in the tuned PCM, you'll need to go to a dealer, or have someone else do the relearn for you. Once it's done, you can swap PCM's at will.

Probably depends on your dealer. You could go in and tell them you CEL came on and to check it out. Most likely they will get the code and see what needs to be done, do it, clear the code and send you on your way.

All of the information from your OEM ECU is transferred to the new one. So they won't see anything different.
