so i took the liberty to email an Aussie dealer regarding the Pacemaker headers so i would know if they are compatible to our v6 with fitting and space issues, they weren't really sure so i requested for the size on headers when fitting to the car. they gave me left side measurements because they said that would be the side that might have clearance issues, if any one can help and give some opinion relating to the following information and using some common knowledge. thanks

Hi,
The widest point of the pipe (just before the flange) will sit 8 1/2" off the heads. The flange sits about 10" wide of the head.

Most common issue you'll have is the steering rack clearance. I haven't really looked at the G8 but I know you couldn't use Aussie headers on the GTO for this reason

There are some headers out for the camaro/cts V6 engines. Is our steering rack that much different that these would not work?

someone needs to put a V6 up on the hoist and have a proper look.
