I got the 18" GT wheels with my car ,I want the 19"s but I know those are goin gto be a arm and a leg so I would like to know what wheels are closest to the look of the 19"s that are out right now.

Check tirerack, they might have something close.

I'm sure a lot of people that have or are getting aftermarket wheels will sell you them

Was on ebay this afternoon. Go to wheels section, 19" and put bmw in the seach box. There are 232 matches. Saw one set of 5 spoke simular to stock g8 wheels.

There are some Zenetti Five & Zenetti Throwback that come to mind that look pretty close, they have sizes 18", 19" & 20" that will fit.
