I used to live in Jacksonville, Florida, and in Jacksonville, Alabama.
Jacksonville Alabama is a college town and does not have an New Car dealers. The closests would be Classic Pontiac in Anniston about 10 miles down the road. :)

Yup. The closest dealer to me has a black 888 GT sitting in their showroom with a $5k "market adjustment" and a sign on the windshield saying "Test Drives not available on this vehicle".

My GT price wasn't jacked up at all!! After taxes, title and all with trade in $29,230 ish
My trade was a **** box it had 106,256 miles on it had been wreck about 20 times it is an 1998 Lexus Es 300. They gave me 4,500 for the trade and the 1,000 loyal cash. Currently waiting about the rate for APR if it is worth to borrow money or pay it off..........just talked to him high apr over 7.25% ...buying out right!!

There's 2 888s at Crown Pontiac in Metairie, LA, but they're both V6 (one Ignition Orange and one Magnetic Gray).

That was the one! Beautiful ride, though Stephen's isn't known to be a good dealer in that area of the state.

I'd much rather pick one up from my local dealer, Gallagher Buick/Pontiac/GMC. They're fair, friendly, and not pushy.

I was thinking of getting my GT G8 the magnaflow muffler, but just the muffler system not the whole system. Is that what you are doing? If not do you know where I can just get the Muffler only? I can't seem to find what I need.

There were 3 less than 2 weeks ago. I didn't see any market adjustment on the sticker, but didn't ask.

I got a few stares on the way home and averaged 9.6 miles to the gallon.. In my home town a few cops that I know (really) well had a closer look at it as well!!

I know epa numbers are never accurate, but that's plain ****ty, barely 2/3of the city rating of 15.

Let it break in, I have 1300 miles on my car and I am getting over 15 in city driving. And when I say city I mean stopsigns at every block. The same drive was 11 when I fist got the car. Never underestimate keeping your foot out of it.
