Sold...Sold....Sold

I have decided to go another direction and it is time to sell the G8. It has about 8,500 miles and still looks new. I have 35% tint all around and have debadged the rear. I just completed the first maintenance and had the oil changed to Mobil 1. The price is $26,900 obo. The car has premium and sport packages.

I'm in Houston, TX.

Man, that is a gorgeous color. Was my first choice til I saw the red with the red/black interior. Good luck with the sale!

Damn you guys get cars cheap, we pay heaps more for the equivalent Commodore in Oz and when I looked at the add you posted the link to there was an Audu A6 AWD at the bottom for $26000. The cheapest equivalent A6 AWD that I I could find in Oz was $46000. What's the average yearly income in the US?

We wouldn't think of comparing a BMW with a Commodore SS because the BMW 318 base model costs $56000 AU and anything nearly as quick as an SS costs twice as much.

Yeah, but you can still buy a new Holden - we can't buy a new Pontiac anymore. Hopefully, Holden will still be in business for many years - Pontiac is out of business now.

I'd wager that parts availability will improve when the police Caprices start showing up...in 12+ months

True but we are at 90 cents US to the Oz dollar, that doesn't account for the huge difference. Postage is prohibitive but if anyone is desperate for smaller parts that won't cost an arm and a leg to send to the US pm me.

Still for sale?

The car is still for sale. It has about 9400 miles now, so I have dropped the price to $26,600.
