While I was up at my favorite dealer on Friday getting what turned out to be a free Mobil 1 oil change ( :turbonaughtdy_1: ) I saw a sight that was very disheartening to me: a GXP, entire powertrain out and sitting on the shop floor, motor on an engine stand with heads and oil pan removed, transmission, with drive shaft still attached sitting there all lonely looking and accessories all neatly gathered under the car. I wanted to walk under the car to look around but the parts and pieces were in the way.

I asked a couple of techs what was up. they said the customer was complaining of noises at or near one of the heads and I think one guy told me the heads were going to be replaced, not sure if I heard that right or not though.

Anyway, if that's someone here (don't want to name the dealer), I'm feelin' for ya brother. It'd be a very stressful situation for me if it was my baby all disected like that. :(
