So does this mean that this car will be released in Canada as a 09 series? Will the GXP be released as a 2010 car?

I'm kind of upset about the price because it will mean a lease for me, especially if I will pick it up for more then 40k.

Hey Dragon, which dealership was it? I been to a few and they have no idea when the g8 is even coming.

I'm going to be heading to Northgate Pontiac to get mine I believe, we'll have to see since it's the closest.

it was the northgate one, the manager Sean printed a 20 pages report, didnt read it lol but it says on the first page GRAND TOTAL: $41,930 + our lovely TAX lol and thats fully loaded and he said it'll b available sometime in june.

I live like 5 block from them, I used to get my Grand Prix Service there. Have any of you guys purchase a car from them? I only purchase private sale before, but the last time I was there, they seem very shady, push the G6 hard on me and I was just looking.

personal advice! I wont go there if i was u, bottom line! they'll rip u off plus i dont like there service. There's this dealer at the southside its called Southgate pontiac, awesome service, bought an 03 GTP from there, gave me an awesome deal, make sure u talk to the manager lol

Thanks for the advice. Yeah, Northgate is so shady, can't believe they're still in business, the show room is a joke and their service center is so piss poor. I went Southgate to look at a 2008 White GP GXP, thought they were really nice, willing to deal, didn't pull the trigger cause I couldn't justified getting a GP GXP and 6 month later trading it in for a G8 GT.

yeah i didnt like northgate cause i took a car once for a test drive and the salesman WOULDNT let me go over the speed limit, i was like WTF he's like there might b cops, i was like u know wat! U can have it, i dont wanna buy anymore!

Well, if it's worth the drive I will probably go to Southgate. I do know a tech there and my family have always bought from there. I live behind the London Drugs in Belle Rive just off 153rd. We'll see though how everything goes, I just can't wait =D

im from fort mc, and im headin back today from edmonton, i might buy a g8 from there, cause i know one of the salesmen and he gave my brother in law like 7000$ off his 2008 avelanche, so im hoping i can get a deal too :)
