Im about 65% sure at this point anyway. Each GM field office holds some vehicles for "demonstration" purposes. Usually this means that GM employees can come in and take the vehicle around for the day or just around the block to try it out. Well, there is an IOM GT that just arrived the other day and I've got my name 1st on the list to purchase.
I would get the GM discount, GM loyalty rebate and the discount for having it be a "demo" vehicle, which is 3%. :)
Help me decide what to do! :drink:

A 3% markdown for a demo unit doesn't seem like very much. I'd rather pay the extra $900 over the long haul to know that it wasn't abused.
Of course there are 9 miles on my G8 that I cannot account for. :)

5 years, 100,000 miles. Buy it.
well, the lady in control of the keys told me she would notify me everytime it goes out and who drives it (with the opportunity of letting me go with them). So far no one has taken it out.

Oh... It sounds like it is in a controlled environment. Sounds like a sweet deal. You can use that 3% to help pay off the sales tax.
I made the mistake of buying a once previous rental car about 6 years ago. The price was so super low I thought I couldn't pass it up. What a POS. It was constantly in the shop. Even with the warranty that they gave me, it was such a hassle to have to deal with scheduling to get it fixed.
