The hard plastic dash, the light coloured trim, the sunken intrument panel.
I'm sure I've seen them somewhere else...
I wasn't sure at first, but I think Holden have got it right on the interior of the Commodore/G8.

Sad, but German cars are overrated for some reason, I'm not putting down the 997 or the SL65, I just think that generally people portray them in a purely subjective superior light. As every other manufacturer they have flaws and are not as perfect as "general" people perceive them to be.

German cars have always felt a little too clinical to me. They conduct way too much research on what the perfect driver wants in the perfect car. The Lexus that parks itself could have been German. With BMW in particular where has the fun of these earlier cars gone?
