What Works:
Stout 6.0-liter V8 engine, well-sorted six-speed manual transmission and clutch, crisp handling and steering, spacious interior, just-right exhaust burble.

What Needs Work:
The steering wheel is on the wrong side, left-handed shifting is not our cup of tea, flush-fitting parking brake handle looks like a pinch point.

Bottom Line:
Holden's 2007 Commodore SS is an engaging rear-drive performance sedan. Let's hope its virtue remains intact when GM morphs it into the 2008 Pontiac G8 GT.

They're basically saying what Aussie and Brit reviews have been saying about the car already. It's excellent.

This bodes very well for the upcoming Camaro and RWD Impala.

The ship to public on this car cannot come soon enough! Thank God for the Pistons Playoffs, Wings Playoffs, the Tigers, and even the lions.

Still I want mine in Black and not soon enough!
