Just wanted to spread some good about Discount Tire Direct.

After dealing delays from another online wheel/tire company I canceled my order and placed an order for rims and winter tires with Discount Tire Direct. Got a call a day or 2 after ordering that the wheels were on back order, so I picked another set. A day or 2 after that I get another call saying the truck wasn't going to be in and my 2nd choice was unavailable. For my troubles they honored the original prices of my chosen wheels, for wheels costing more. They were shipped Monday and arrived today, should get them on tomorrow, possibly Friday.

Just wanted to say thanks for looking out for my needs before yours! Great way to keep customers. ( Sorry I didn't use you guys from the get go, lesson learned for sure!)

I'll second that. My wheels had to be shipped from one warehouse to another that had the tires. Anyway, they bypassed the warehouse to warehouse transfer and came to me unmounted. I had them mounted locally at DTD's suggestion and DTD had reimbursed my account for the cost within 24 hours! I will certainly use them again.
