Well my G is too quiet... and im thinking...
i know the XForce cat-back is availble in australia and the 2.25" system has no drone at all...
so what if i make 2.25" Straight pipes + mufflers... would it sound the same and no drone?
or mufflers something like those custom ones that elminate 99% drone on the V8
just an idea lmk what you think
and what about custom headers?

Straight pipes and mufflers will have a lot of drone, and custom made headers will cost a small fortune. Just go with some axlebacks like I did, I think they some great with very little drone at 1800 RPM's. The Pypes axlebacks are affordable and sound great.

They will bolt right up and should sound good.

While there may be little to no drone on a V8, it dosen't mean there will be little to no drone on a V6.
Different number of pulses per revolution, different sound frequiencies, diffeent number of pulses per side. That's why they even sound different.

The shipping cost won't be cheap, that's for sure. I'm guessing $200-$300 from Australia.

Hazer,
have you read any of the magna flow exhaust threads here in the V6 forum? It may answer a bunch of your questions. Also talk with Duffman on here as he now has the prototype exhaust that I had.
Not sure about the system from Australia but I'm sure they will have the same or similar drone problems that I had. Either that or Magna Flow is not as good at engineering a exhaust system as they say they are. And I doubt that since they work world wide on designing systems. ;)
