Well, I'm a product trainer for General Motors and live in Oshawa, Ontario... Would love to arrange a meeting for people here.

That said, I fly across the country for my job basically every week, so I'd certainly join up sans car to any other event...

Would love to go, but already did the trip from Iowa. Hopefully the next one ( if there is one) will be in the west.

If you read the info on the page it is clear that the person doing the promoting is either ignorant of the fact that the G8 was available in Canada or just didn't care.

As well is this a G8 Event? A Pontiac Event? Or anyone can come and hang out with us event? Cause from the first page it just seems like someone is worried that they may not have enough people interested and are hoping that anyone will come out. So technically it should be called the First official G8 and everyone else that wants to come gathering.

And finally yes my Canadian Friend, I will wait for a Canadian gathering, or at least an Official North American Meet.

There are about 3 G8 GT's and 5 G8 V6's in town. But your lucky if you see one once a week on the road or in a parking lot

Usually we take the wife's Acadia when we go but I'll send you a PM next time we head there in the G8. Maybe we can meet up somewhere...

^ I think if we organize one out here, people will show up if they want. One year out west, the next year out east.
