Seems like you have to double check everyone else's work to ensure it's done properly these days. What happened to taking pride in ones work?

i stopped using them a while ago, they are a bitch to deal with. try scoggin dickey, same prices and they are a dream to work with.

I learned the hard way with them a long time ago. There customer service sucks balls, I've never been able to get a hold of anyone when needed. I just use Greg at Pace. Easy to get a hold of, returns emails, calls, and any inquiry I make.

I don't know what you guys are ordering but I've ordered a lot of stuff from them in the past with no problems...usually a lot of special order items too. they always answer my questions within a day and I get my stuff within a week.

So far, I've also had good service,and good luck cancelling an order. Sounds like your order came in during the time you were trying to cancel. Still, you should have been able to cancel. GIB has always returned my emails; I have not tried to call them, however.

I haven't ordered from them in a while, but I will soon once it starts getting warmer out. I'm gonna get the GXP diffuser from them...cheapest price around.
