Next summer when I graduate Im planning on getting a new GXP or GT. My price range is from 30-35K and next year the new G8 GXP 2009 will be available. Anyone come up with a prediciton of when it will be out and about how much its going to cost? Ive been saving my money and hopefully ill have enough ^.^

Next summer when you graduate from??? High school, college, Army boot camp........what? FYI, by that time you will be looking at a well equipped GT for $30-$35K. Save hard for the next year, GXP will cost you in the neighborhood of $40K according to the GM talking heads at the NYC auto show.:wink2:

Dude, it has nothing to do with money. But maturity and the ability to handle that kind of power is not in your grasp. Get some experience first!

Ive driven a GTO and been drivin for 3 years no tickets :D

Im not a dumbass though.. i like the car. Its got great safety, stability, and yes Power.

Yeah I got the MG GT with Premium. #807. The GT has plenty of Power but Im getting it Twin Turbo'ed soon! :p

hell yes i say get one and give it hell. im 19 and i bought my GTO a over a year ago when i graduated from high school and have yet to get a ticket.

Yeah, they know when they were young they drove the ass off their cars too. When I was 17 I had a 71 Chevelle SS 454. Think I drove that car like an old lady ??? HAHAHA

What a riot! Some folks don't have a clue to "muscle car performance" The sophisticated muscle cars of today are so refined that practically anyone can run em hard. On-Board Computers will take care of even the most in-experienced gear head! I wonder what that young high school grad would do with a 1970 LS-6 Chevelle? Scary!

well when i was in high school my car was a 67 firebird 400. that was at the age of 16 and never had a problem.
