After researching prices on a Vararam I decided to order through Maryland Speed as they had the best price with free shipping. My order was promptly processed and shipped the next day with the Vararam scheduled to be delivered to me 2 days later. Well 2 days later UPS sent me an email saying the package was delayed due to "adverse weather". Well after a week and no updates on the UPS tracking website I emailed Maryland Speed to see if they could find out where the package was. 20 minutes later I received an email from Branden (the President) and he immediately sent me a 2nd Vararam and interecepted the lost unit to have it returned to him.
Most companies would have made me wait God knows how long till UPS located the package. I wish all businesses would subscribe to the notion that great customer service is what keeps your company alive. Thanks Maryland Speed!
